We had Muradu replace cedar shingle siding from the back of our house with James Hardie siding, as well as replace 10 single pane windows and 2 sliding doors, in 2022. They were on time and on budget and it was an overall great experience. So when we wanted to have the rest of the house done, we were happy to see that they were an approved contractor under the state’s Go Green program. Much larger project, 2 stories with 15 windows (one in a new location), painting, and new gutters. As before, on time and on budget. But this time Russ went the extra mile and coordinated the funding through many iterations on our end, it was most appreciated.

I live in a townhouse complex that had specific standards for siding replacement and repair.Russ met these standards, and his crew was exceptional. They cleaned up after their work each day. We had the teams at Muradu Construction replace the cedar siding on our Saratoga home's 1980s addition with Hardie Plank siding, and paint it to match the home. We interviewed 4 or 5 different contractors. Muradu's pricing was roughly the same as the others.Based a lot on Russ' polite, low-key, "can do" interview (in addition to Muradu being a Hardie "Elite Preferred" installer) we chose Muradu.The construction teams worked hard, and were very quiet and very polite. The area was cleaned before the teams left for the day.Jessica at the home site kept us informed on dates, times, and expectations. Russ also followed up.Our expectations were exceeded -- I wasn't expecting a pleasant experience (who does on a remodel?), but I got one. No surprises and done right.I strongly recommend Muradu Construction, and will use them again if I have other remodeling to do.

Muradu Construction recently completed a window installation for my home and we couldn't be happier with the results. George and the team did a very professional job installing windows purchased from Lowes. The communication was great and timely, the team showed up when they said they would and worked hard through the whole project. Aside from the professional installation of the windows and trim, they were very good about covering the areas with drop clothes and tarps and left the site extremely clean when finished each day. They were very polite and humble when praised for their work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate to have the team do more projects in the future. Thanks so much

I called Muradu Contruction during the holidays to get an estimate for some damages that were caused by a company Tonal hired to install digital workout equipment. Despite it being around the holidays, Jessica was very responsive and was able to get someone out to assess the damages and had a quote sent to me within just a few days. She was very helpful in sending out quotes, paid invoices, and pictures of the before and after so that I could be reimbursed. The work was amazing! They completed the job in just one day, and they also went above and beyond and painted some patches that another an electrical company had left unpainted. I would hire this company again for future and would definitely recommend to others!

We recently contracted with Lowe's for two new replacement doors. Muradu Construction was sent to install the first one. We couldn't be more pleased with the two craftsmen, they sent to install the door. They spent a lot of time making sure the door was hung properly. We liked the work so much, we are looking at adding a third one and cannot wait for the second one to arrive. We are hoping to be assigned both of these fine gentlemen for our second door. Do not be concerned, they are a great company.Post Script:We had Lowes and Muradu Construction provide two more door installs and are, still very supportive of their work from both companies. They have again exceeded our expectations.

I have filled out the job evaluation form you sent around, but I'd like to go beyond that.I took my time gathering information on six construction bidders for the job, including yours, and chose you because your bid was in the middle range of bids submitted and because you had a good reputation with the Better Business Bureau and the California Consumer Protection Agency, and because your soliciting agent, Rus Os, came across as friendly, helpful and competent.When Rus turned the project over to Jessica Howard, her competence too came through. She was available for quite a number of phone questions and a couple of bumps in the road where problems - and potential problems - were quickly dealt with.In the end, though, it is your workers who impressed me the most. Frankly, my experience with building contractors has not been optimal, so I was nervous all through the decision-making process right down to the point where the work actually got started. At that point, however, things changed dramatically. Your workers showed up on time and went right to work, keeping up the pace the whole day through, despite having to make the trek down from Sacramento on several of the workdays. They had all the right tools for the job and all of us looking on could see they knew their trade. Virtually all the neighbors have commented on the professional look of the results. Special thanks go to Leo and to Yuri and Eduard, and I'm sorry I didn't learn the names of the others, who were also clearly highly skilled.I was concerned when the job was apparently done and I realized the paint did not adequately cover the surface. It was a great relief that Jessica came to the rescue, no questions asked, and saw to it that there would be two additional coats of paint applied. It's that kind of attention to detail and follow-through, I think, that marks the line between a merely adequate job and a top-notch one. Eduard's job on the inside walls where plaster had collapsed due to the hammering on the outside showed the same high degree of professional skill.Please feel free to use me as a reference. Muradu is a professional company that 'does things right, the first time'; they understand the city planning department requirements understood just what we wanted and provided high quality work. What an amazing experience working with Russ. He is such a friendly guy and very knowledgeable. My girlfriend and myself was very indecisive on what we wanted to do around our property. Russ quoted us on everything we wanted done and even itemized it so we could pick and choose on what we wanted so we could stay within our budget.We ended up having our old vinyl siding which was falling and warping removed. We had a beautiful T1-11 siding underneath. We had some dry rot fixed and then had the house trimmed and painted.Yuri was the gentleman that did our trim and he did an amazing job. I can't recall the other gentleman's name or the painters but they were all kind and accommodated us and worked around our everyday life.I also had my roofing done and they all worked hard and kept the property cleared from debri.They even managed to do a little extra around the house that wasn't even within the quoted project for free.I truly would recommend this company. They are experts in there line of work for sure.
