We had the teams at Muradu Construction replace the cedar siding on our Saratoga home's 1980s addition with Hardie Plank siding, and paint it to match the home. We interviewed 4 or 5 different contractors. Muradu's pricing was roughly the same as the others.Based a lot on Russ' polite, low-key, "can do" interview (in addition to Muradu being a Hardie "Elite Preferred" installer) we chose Muradu.The construction teams worked hard, and were very quiet and very polite. The area was cleaned before the teams left for the day.Jessica at the home site kept us informed on dates, times, and expectations. Russ also followed up.Our expectations were exceeded -- I wasn't expecting a pleasant experience (who does on a remodel?), but I got one. No surprises and done right.I strongly recommend Muradu Construction, and will use them again if I have other remodeling to do.
It was a pleasure to work with Murado Construction, they installed for us boards and batten James Hardie siding. I can't be more happier with the final results. All of their teams acted professionally, I really liked that.
I got Board and batten siding replaced all over my house with Muradu Construction. When they found dry before siding installation, took care of everything and did everything by the code. It was obvious that they know their job very well.

I have filled out the job evaluation form you sent around, but I'd like to go beyond that.I took my time gathering information on six construction bidders for the job, including yours, and chose you because your bid was in the middle range of bids submitted and because you had a good reputation with the Better Business Bureau and the California Consumer Protection Agency, and because your soliciting agent, Rus Os, came across as friendly, helpful and competent.When Rus turned the project over to Jessica Howard, her competence too came through. She was available for quite a number of phone questions and a couple of bumps in the road where problems - and potential problems - were quickly dealt with.In the end, though, it is your workers who impressed me the most. Frankly, my experience with building contractors has not been optimal, so I was nervous all through the decision-making process right down to the point where the work actually got started. At that point, however, things changed dramatically. Your workers showed up on time and went right to work, keeping up the pace the whole day through, despite having to make the trek down from Sacramento on several of the workdays. They had all the right tools for the job and all of us looking on could see they knew their trade. Virtually all the neighbors have commented on the professional look of the results. Special thanks go to Leo and to Yuri and Eduard, and I'm sorry I didn't learn the names of the others, who were also clearly highly skilled.I was concerned when the job was apparently done and I realized the paint did not adequately cover the surface. It was a great relief that Jessica came to the rescue, no questions asked, and saw to it that there would be two additional coats of paint applied. It's that kind of attention to detail and follow-through, I think, that marks the line between a merely adequate job and a top-notch one. Eduard's job on the inside walls where plaster had collapsed due to the hammering on the outside showed the same high degree of professional skill.Please feel free to use me as a reference. New life for our home with new roof, windows, doors, sidings, exterior paint, rain gutters and remodeled 2 full and 1 half bathroom. Muradu Construction is highly recommended with the highest regard to everything. The company’s strength is not only seen thru set plans but as well as challenges along the course of the project which was handled so smoothly as if no humps and bumps there was. The quality of work is very exceptional, the crew are tremendously hard working and very respectful, very considerate and always going beyond in every situation. The Project Manager, Jessica is always a text or phone call away and very responsive. On top of it all, I commend the CEO ( Denis ) for making all things possible. You will be amazed with his dedication to the project and going extra mile, I can say thousands of miles. The cost of the project is nothing compared to the value of the outcome. The project is still on going at this time and I can’t wait to start this review until the project is completely finish because it is a lost if you won’t have a chance to have them do your home projects. My mother had the outside of her house redone and had an AMAZING experience with Muradu Construction. From start to finish, they communicated every little detail. What an amazing experience working with Russ. He is such a friendly guy and very knowledgeable. My girlfriend and myself was very indecisive on what we wanted to do around our property. Russ quoted us on everything we wanted done and even itemized it so we could pick and choose on what we wanted so we could stay within our budget.We ended up having our old vinyl siding which was falling and warping removed. We had a beautiful T1-11 siding underneath. We had some dry rot fixed and then had the house trimmed and painted.Yuri was the gentleman that did our trim and he did an amazing job. I can't recall the other gentleman's name or the painters but they were all kind and accommodated us and worked around our everyday life.I also had my roofing done and they all worked hard and kept the property cleared from debri.They even managed to do a little extra around the house that wasn't even within the quoted project for free.I truly would recommend this company. They are experts in there line of work for sure.
Our thirty-year-old siding was showing signs of water damage from sprinklers. We thought we would see if we could find a professional who would be able to replace the worn pieces. As luck would have it, our exact type of siding was no longer manufactured and we would not be able to get an exact match. We had about seven bids with very different suggestions and quotes. Then a young man named John Frook from Muradu Construction Company came. He took his time getting accurate measurements to give us an estimate. He gave us several alternatives of products, not just one. His estimates were the most thorough and his price quotes more reasonable than most of the others. He also had accurate knowledge of his products and how they would be installed. We decided to go with new siding from James Hardie. The contract was signed the next day and work began after just a few days. The crew was prompt to arrive at 8am every morning and they worked until 5pm with only a lunch break. At no time did we see them not working. They were all polite and helpful. As any job would go, we did ask questions along the way. Every concern was addressed with respect and was resolved in a reasonable time and to our satisfaction. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up to leave the outside of the house presentable. The job was completed in the time promised. I would highly recommend Muradu Construction to any of my friends!
Impressive work and craftsmanship! These guys replaced our old wood lap siding on the house with the new James Hardie fiber cement siding. The house looks beautiful and has a fresh new look! A big thank you for taking care of our plants and bushes around the house by covering and protecting them during the work! Very detailed and professional installers!
